We have a risk-free 14-day guarantee!

If any of the Milo products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at milo.bag.help@gmail.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 60 days of delivery.


Defective Product

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at milo.bag.help@gmail.com with proof of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails regarding defective products must be sent within 60 days of delivery.


How do I return something?

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you out!

Our returns policy time frame is 14 days from the date your order arrives at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the product(s) to us for assessment, repair, or exchange. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

At Milo Bag, we work hard to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Part of that experience is our easy and efficient return policy. In order to make sure that your return is processed properly, please reach out to us first at milo.bag.help@gmail.com so we can provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Orders returned to an incorrect address may result in delayed or denied refunds or exchanges. Please contact us first, and we’ll help you initiate the return process.

When shipping your items back to us, please include your name, shipping address, and order number to ensure proper processing. Once we receive your package, we will perform a quality check to confirm the condition and then proceed with a refund.

We recommend using a mailing option that includes tracking to ensure your return reaches us. Please wrap your package carefully, as we cannot process exchanges or refunds if the product has been damaged in return transit.

📦 Please note: We do not accommodate returns via direct drop-offs at our return address.


CANCELLATION TERMS

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited, and we usually can’t stop our warehouse from processing it once the shipping process has begun. Timing is crucial.

If we successfully prevent your order from dispatching, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If we’re unable to stop it, you can still return the order using the process above.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for returned orders.


Refund Process

Refunds are initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected. After approval, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
