Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or it’s not working, contact our support team and we’ll assist you.

Are there customs charges?

International orders may be subject to additional tax or customs charges upon arrival. While this is uncommon, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any such charges. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing your order.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Montivo is not liable if the incorrect address is entered at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct.
If an error is on our part, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

I think my package might be stolen/lost in transit, what do I do?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  • Check around your property, lobby, or with neighbors.

  • Wait 1–2 business days in case the carrier redelivers it.

  • If still missing, contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking number.
    After filing a claim, forward the courier's response to milo.bag.help@gmail.com

     so we can help further.

Milo is not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address. For peace of mind, we recommend choosing expedited and insured shipping, which includes free replacement for lost/stolen items.

We will consider a package lost in transit if there are no tracking updates for 20 days. Please email us so we can process a replacement.
